Let's be real.

The only hidden people ever get from ice is Wintermute and no one really comes close to Winter's crown. Glacier being locked behind a 200RPL req and one hidden point would be ideal in my honest opinion. But everyone would begin to cry if they spent one already.

Blood's reason for being or seeming overtuned is only half the tree. It's mostly the aura that makes it bonkers. Ice being the CC that it gives. Both trees, being from water, which has quote-on-quote either a 10% AP buff when they're under the CC effect or a -10% DR while under the CC effect.

The moral of the story, remove CC from the game. Kidding.

But we all love and hate Teemo. Thing is, water is making me hard right now for how stacked it is. Riptide being removed and put into water is what made it so popular now. I remember someone telling me "New spells make a tree popular" and in this case, water got "new" spells, and now it's probably the best base tree out there next to fire. Either way, I'm sure we can all agree that water needs to be situated better for the Riptide conjunction. Instead of just being "tossed in".

All in all, for everyone who says it's Teemo's build only proves that Shadow needs a nerf :). Kidding (partly). Let's give the boy a break.

I think it'd be cool if the wiki told us what Winter's Crown did but I was told it just makes every ice spell afflict frostbite but I feel like I misheard that because everything but Blizzard applies it sssssso...I'm still at a loss
