Hello again, people of Moxtli. I promised you change, and change I will bring. As Chieftain of the Iyali, my new responsibilities consist of maintaining a good balance between differing philosophies in my homeland while simultaneously preserving what makes our people so connected to one another. As my first official act as Chieftain, I'm proud to announce that I'm going to be moving my construction company and a sizeable security detail onto Starfall. This is where I plan to build the new unnamed Academy as well as the Moxtli research center. Furthermore, I will also be refining the UFC Arena to accommodate a larger crowd.

My goals for this land are pure. We want to create an environment where teachers can safely educate students without having to worry about war and politics. While I cannot guarantee safety for those who are not our allies, I would like to say that this territory will be used for beneficial purposes only. In special cases, we may grant permits for foreign students to come and learn from the amazing educators I plan to hire.

In reality, I only expect Osrona to contest this claim.

Remember, we have not bothered you in your war. No, we are not allies anymore, but we have done little to interfere in your own battle.

If you choose to contest this land, understand you are depriving students of education and thwarting their potential- forcing our hand.
