Synopsis: There is an old case study of a rather odd Island off the coast of Esshar. Observations report that the island itself appears as though it is entirely stopped in time. Nobody is certain why, but old theories state it has something to do with an ancient construct rumored to exist there. Libraries contain little to no further information on the rumored place, Arken of the Achyon Support Division deciding it best to investigate it himself in hopes of unravelling more about why this anomaly happened, for scientific data.
