The Dragonlord's Revenge

The sounds of battle echo across the dunes, fated rivals engaged in a violent clash of wills and ideologies. Dragon vs Dragon Slayer. The vultures circle overhead in anticipation of the meal to come, uncaring whether the flesh is scaled or not. 

The earth is scorched in the midst of their duel, blood soaking the sand but whose is it?  Those who wander near the desert at this time report sandstorms raging across the area, all gathering around a central location.  Spears of starlight fall like rain upon the area, booming explosions easily heard some miles away.

Finally, an eerie silence sweeps across the wasteland. Passers-by report a bloodied woman standing at the center of a conjured maelstrom of the desert's harshness manifested. The former Dragonlord Minerva has slain her sworn enemy Peros La'Heba. Taking the body in hand her bloodied figure can be seen vanishing into the sky towards the summit of Mount Tarian.
