Synopsis: There are rumors of practitioners of magics banned by the holy Law of Esshar in the regions evacuated during Rhoynish Invasion and subsequent Humiliation. The Vigilant plan to investigate and bring any wrongdoers to justice.

Tone: High Fantasy, Dramatic, Adventurous

Risk: CoI - High CoI. Whatever feels right. The ones I anticipate joining are all around RPL 130 - 140.
