Synopsis: Reports have been flooding in of A village on the outskirts of Osrona supposedly terrorized with what seems to be a storm that continuously cycles through the village, Rain, Lightning and thunder clouds create a disaster for the townsfolk,

Rumor has it the signs of some sort of monster Eel is causing the disaster so it is everything beyond a naturally occurring event. The strikes of lightning mostly aiming for people or their homes. After catching word of this Yvel and other Knights are sent out to research the ongoing occurrence and put an end to it. And hopefully saving the villagers of suffering any more grief

Specific Requests: A chain of events unsure of how many but the ultimate goal is Lightning Dev to slowly be built upon each event the ongoing theme revolves around that. As we ramp up the scale lightning-based uniques and dev items would be great as well.

Additional Notes: I have a few creative ideas on where I wanna go dev wise but ultimately the story craft is up to the DM.
