Balance and ic suggestions

I hate to admit it but even though i dont plan to play post TS. I probably will. With that in mind something that would make me come back is proper balance done to PVP and just overall IC magic. 

My first idea is to make going multiple different trees harder or impossible. 
I will stand by this till i die. But i should not be able to buy advanced magic trees from 3 different elements and have enough for a hidden. 
Ie Blood Bone poison
wellspring nature explosion 

Or even using meta magic for one spell with other trees
Ie im an illusion fire explosion lightning but i only have two illusion spells. 

Stuff like this should have to have some type of IC dev for to use multiple advanced elements together or meta magic with more than one element. 
I feel like if you want to buy the base elements all together fire wind water earth but not their advancements that should be fine. But i think being able to buy three advanced elemental magic trees all together is too strong.

So how do you make this work mechanically?  Make it to where the is a 0rpp opener spells that set your character on a path 
Elemental attunements - have access to the base elemental spell trees (fire water earth wind)
Meta attunement - you have a stronger mind then others that allows you to bend your magic in unique ways (opens up meta magic for you to buy in with only one base element tree(or none))
Physical attunement - you have a strong body that allows you to out perform magi with the need of less magic spells (only melee spell trees with access to only one meta magic or one element magic)
Etc. And have races play a factor in this too. Kitsune getting fire magic buffs naturally. Etc. 

This i feel if more fleshed out could help balance the game more. As for hidden trees like occult, holy, cosmic. Make them public but have their attunement opener cost. 

Also make it to where attunements couldn't be stacked without some serious dev to learn said magic. We have journals. Make people want to use them more if they could get more other then "i now get points to cherry pick a hidden that makes sense for my ic". 

I just feel overall that would help balance the game mechanically and lorewise. Also please add some hard counters to sustain stackers. Ie poison, blood, ice. Have their respective effects do more if someone is healing to help counter sustain builds more.
CC builds have plenty of counters now with invincibility magic like mist form, smog, shadow walk, gentle fist stance etc. 

Now last for ic balance suggestions....


For the love of god make characters impacts on the world matter. Someone assaults a guard. Have wanted posters put up immediately. Someone endagers a city and someone saves the city. Have that acknowledged. Give more ic fluff rewards and stop giving so many mechanical rewards. Make ic announcements matter. Every time something big happens announce it over the global chat so people know and feel the effects. 

Also... too many people just read just the dialogue and skip over the details of a character's action. Sometimes i feel like i could stab someone and they wouldn't notice cause they decided to read my colorful bright dialogue.
