hi. I really miss dm'ing. I would like to do it again.

I'd like to update my tastes for dm work, though: I very much prefer smaller, more personal events with only a handful of characters that I can research and understand and truly tailor for.

I'm much better at verbing nowadays and understand balancing for events better, although my comfort is still high storytelling and riddles.

I'm very fond of spooky atmospheres, body horror being one of my favorite things to write. This is far from a requirement, though! I'd like to believe i can handle a wide range in tone, but I should note my biases beforehand. Witch stuff? Killer. Void stuff? I'm your girlboy.

Character: Rowan Moon
 

Event: Where it all began

Responsiveness: 10/10 There were no absurd wait times, everything was done with excellent timing. If anything I appreciate you for waiting on some of my posts, as parts of the event made it hard for me to type. (In the good way, see below)
 

Balance: 10/10 The ECs were fun, there wasn't a moment where it felt unfair. They were more like a MMORPG's style of ECs that I personally enjoy seeing.
 

Storytelling: 100/10, I sincerely don't feel I could've asked for anyone better to have accomplished this the way you did. Sincerely this is probably one of the best written events I've been on in a long time, and there were many genuine moments where I had tears in my eyes and it became a bit hard to type properly. Many many thanks for your brilliant mind, as I gave you freedom to take it where you want and you took it far beyond the level I expected.
 
Adding this to the end, the final narrate made me cry. I love you for that.
 

Overall: 50/10, would do again anytime. Thank you so much!

Event: Where It All Began
Responsiveness: Just fantastic responsiveness; GM definitely seemed prepared!
Balance: When any of us went down, it felt like it was due to our own mistakes. The ECs were challenging without being outright unfair, which suited the difficulty! It just required us players to use our heads. (BOOONE ZOOOONE)

Storytelling: Rather than describe to you how good of a storyteller our DM was, I will show you.




In conclusion, it was a really fun and well-balanced event! With some LOVELY body horror. When IO says they like and are good at writing body horror, THEY MEAN IT.

Responsiveness: 10/10 Everything came out in a swift manner. It was very poggers if I do say so myself!
 

Balance: 10/10 Watching someone die in the first five seconds of a fight because they didn't know what the bone zone was... Well, it was hilarious. The fights were also very balanced, and an overall good time. Bless.
 

Storytelling: I feel like putting a number to this can't really do it justice.  The storytelling was immaculate. From all the subtle hints to what was really going on, to the big reveal at the end, and then- Well, the final narrate was beyond perfect. I could honestly continue to gush about how great it was, but it'll just leave it at... Banger event, shroomfie.

Overall: 10/10, holy shit was it good.

Storytelling: I cried for the first time since I realized that life was actually nothing but growing old suffering and telling you kids but they probably won't listen I.E understand what you meant until it's to late (shroomfie)

Overall: 10/10, BANGER [MAMA!]
