Very new to this, but it can be a fresh alternative to the day to day. Looking forward to some of the possibilities. DM me to set something up!

Character: Calanthe Caewynn
Which Event: The Vault of Fractured Truths

Responsiveness (Were their narrations posted within a reasonable time-frame and were they quick to respond?): Lightning-fast responses/ narrations which shortened a potential 8-10 hour event down to 3-4 at most. They probably had everything pre-typed which is very much appreciated. 11/10
Balance (How entertaining were the battles, and any obstacles/traps?): Those fights were pretty difficult, but challenging. There was a map that had invisible, solid objects no one was aware of which downed most of us. However, the DM listened to us then TP'd our final battle to another map and adjusted scores based on technical issues without any fuss.

I hoped there was more complexity to the current obstacles/traps (i.e. descriptions on objects). Also knew that mirror-based stuff is pretty elusive even OOCly, so they did their best to work off the little bit of info found. 8/10
Storytelling (Did it feel like an adventure, did the content of the narrations meet your expectations?): It did feel like an adventure. The story was pretty typical while not going off the beaten path too much because of their organized planning. Great story-telling for a first-time DM! 9/10
Fairness (Were the punishments justified and earned, was the risk to reward ratio good?) Man gave me an untreatable 4-day temp that deafens a musical, semi-blind character in exchange for a D-rank resource that heavily ties into IC :Skull: (alsocould'vebeenoutrightpermedsowetakethat). Outside this, can't really decide if the risk was worth the reward quite yet since this was my second event ever. 8/10
Overall: Extremely prepared DM who had narratives, puzzles, and otherwise locked and loaded. Probably the fastest session in existence. They might need to improve on their balance alongside fairness, but honestly this was great for only their first DM'd event ever. Give them a try! 9/10

Any other comments:  Keep up the good work! Was happy to just be included in the journey!

Also bald.
