On the slopes of the Tarians, a runestone is risen in an area often tread by travelers. Ornate, and decorated, it nonetheless bears a straightforward inscription.
+
Quote:"In the Name of the Onolsedil, the Spirits of the Mountain, and by this stone raised in their sight. I pledge that the following is my oath.
+Firstly, that I shall share no food, nor drink, nor hospitality, nor peace with the Butcher of Osrona, Finley Ghede, nor any resident of of his thrice-cursed city. Until such time as all debts are accounted for, and all grudges settled.
+Secondly, that I shall share no food, nor drink, nor hospitality, nor peace with the witches of Helheim, or their kindred Demons. In Perpetuity.
+Thirdly, that I shall not act to strike out against the cities of Nysea, nor Theria, nor any of their peoples, for their involvement in this war. Until such time as this conflict comes to an end.
+Thus is my oath, should I fail to uphold it, may the halls of my ancestors be shut to me, may the mountains be forever distant, and may I never again walk upon roads of stone."

At the base of the stone is a single smudged, bloody, handprint and the name Urist Silverbane carved into the stone. Taking up but one small space in the vast base of the stone, as though leaving space for others to do the same.
