Osrona sees one of their heroes return alive from their underground system, bringing along the husk of a hero that is no longer in this world; Hooper.

Hooper, a proud and vigilant patrolman bound in pitch-black chains has been returned with his vessel intact and prepared for an open-casket burial. His soul is no longer on this earth, his story brought to an end prematurely at the hands of a blasphemer. Kaalthar, a historian that has returned in defeat, brought back a message from this heretic;

"Let them hear this from you, priest; No one is protected from the clutches of death. Send your 'heroes' and they shall play their part, but understand that they perish as any other 'villain'. 'Retribution' is upon all of you."

All those that need information on this blasphemer are welcome to question the historian for further details.

For days, the young master of darkness sought for a semblance of hope to blot out. The paved roads became perilous in his trail, therein he received word from a caravan that told the young master about one that stood against his fear. They returned unharmed, but brought along with them a message that has planted dread into those that pay heed to it.

"You seek the blessing of death? Do not dare disappoint me."

It is said the young master laughed at the proposition that he needed courage to oppose the self-righteous forces of good.

"Only you alone, are accepted as guest to the dread-woods. Mention your name and ask for me, then shall you be guided. Many self-righteous ones seek vengeance, but no one truly understands the cycle they find themselves imprisoned in. Elucidate me of this short-sighted fantasy once your hope is smothered, shan't you?"

After the memorial and funeral were over, Walter Docro innately shook his head whilst hearing the testimony and being reported on the exchange and situation.

"Self righteous forces of good?

Alone with one goal in mind, Makenna Byrne held to her word. No where would she not go to answer her challenge.

Seen entering the Dreadwoods it wouldn't be long before the clouds over the corrupt forest erupted with crackling fury, lighting raining down in a constant blinding barrage for some time as thundering echoes mark each strike.

"The only disappointment here was you and your edgy chain fetish, and one day I'll be back to finish the job."

Just as suddenly as it came, the skies returned to normal, and the Vigilant was once more spotted safely leaving those cursed and dangerous woods. Though the same couldn't be said of the evil she'd left behind.
