Ifraheim, of everflame and permanent ashfall. The heart of fire itself, swirling heat and molten rivers amongst unending, permeating with an aura of scorching absolution in the depths of the elemental plane. In its molten core lays a compressed form of lodestone, a twin to the frozen sapphire of jeweled mana claimed in the depths of uraheim. This burning ruby possesses exactly the qualities necessary for the former clown prince’s magnum opus, and so the question for him and his entourage lies in how they will reach Ifraheim in the first place to get it.

Rumor has it of a city swallowed by flame that never extinguished, a burning rift in the sky above it that poured down everlasting fire as stone was deformed, dirt and bone glassed, and people swallowed by a final act of vengeance from a riftmancer’s pride. If the rumors prove true, it is possible, if incredibly dangerous, to enter this burning city of ash and find passage forth. But some stones are best left unturned, and those beings that can survive such heat are not known for their cool tempers.
