Weapons on Skill Bar
#11
That sounds like a DBR type beat. We ain't got the privilege of having macros. But I have to agree fluffing out your close-combat ability is lots of fun cause at the end of the day, people are just using the same skills mechanically rather than icly.

A dazzling flourish of the blade is followed by a heel to the shoulder-

sounds better/looks better than

You have been dazed by a powerful blah blah.
You must equip a weapon to use this skill!
You must be unarmed to use this skill!

I get you but.. Like all im literally saying it.

Just let you put a weapon in the skillbar. It would replace a skill slot and you just literally press it to quick equip and unequipped. Thas it. Literally. It would be up to the player/verber to keep track of switching it accordingly. I never said it would be easy, cause it most likely will not be. But it'd be the same as remembering your Q does something.

Am I missing something? Why is this so controversial? Im not getting the issue with it.

Someone is already doing unarmed and armed. They seem to be fine enough, just have your inventory open. It's a rogue strategy anyway. If u want melee only to be viable just go either of the trees, rp punching me in ur sword combos or reicon something into a sword to wear while you're unarmed.

Actually a viable thing, but you need Perfect body to do.

Dancer? Unlike the armed stances, allows you to remove your weapon while still retaining the stance on. *So technically you could just use armed/unarmed with dancer. And just remove weapon.*

Also, this can be done with perfect body. *I'm assuming* Since it can be done with dancer. The style does work for both forms of melee. It'd be funny, interestingly enough? I'd say it has the potential to be v.good. Even if you're bared slowly to those trees.

*Double phantom strikes. Slows from armed, axe kick + weighted with dancer boost,*
