"Retreat," the Petrakis King orders, eyes catching sight of the sin manifesting. In that moment he made a vow to kill her. To split her throat like he should have, if only he were fast enough to intervene.

His father, his uncle both fallen. Truly, he cares for little else in this moment. Even demons fall to the way side.

It is a promise made in earnest. Their fight against the occupation of Achyon had not been without result, after all -

The itinerary of Commander Marrow had been seized, a sprawling document detailing routes and journeys, do's and don'ts. With the traitor Elis dead, they are granted weeks through which to plan, to study maps of Achyon that scarcely resembled its now desolate streets. If they could not save the Kingdom of Osrona, then they would see Achyon liberated from beneath the heel of its military despot.

No longer merely a quest to retrieve the relic Dawnbringer, the assembly of Nysea and a handful of capable refugees, led by the True King of Esshar, breach the perimeter of Achyon anew. 

Summary: With the rune-inscribed core and the understandings of Barsburg's inner-workings, their machinery and the schedule of Commander Marrow, the forces of Nysea are prepared this time. They know their enemy, what they are up against, her pride - her downfall. They strike hard and fast when the Commander is at her most vulnerable. No longer a traitor in their midst to warn her. Their journey heads towards the old battlefield near the outskirts of Achyon - passing through the old Celestial Church, then where King Aristidis died and the war of Achyon took place, likely when Barsburg's airships have left to defend the Tower of Titans against the Coalition's forces eight-thousand strong. A most opportune time.
