Summary: 

Travelers pass through Snake Oil bar daily, giving interesting tidbits as they move through the refugee town. Normally it's all taken with many grains of salt, left as a story, but when proof of a giant snake moving into the nearby area comes up, with an enormous shed scale shown off? They decide that it's time to actually go and begin the gathering of materials, moving to hunt down the monster and whatever else they find along the way.
