THE VALE IS SEALED

At the dawn of a new year following Finn Ghede's succession to the position of High Lord in Myllenoris, Finn doubled down on the security of the Vale due to its wounded state.
And then doubled down again.
Reports of a witch making their way into the deep woods has spread throughout the Valeborne, the name and description now known to all tasked with hunting said person down.

"EUREKA EDWARDS.

This is the name of our enemy who managed to take advantage of the Vale in this desperate time. 

This is the name of a damned soul we will drag into the heart of our caverns to suffer the fate of all who pact with the Dark Lord.

This is the name that we will remember to forget once they have been erased from history.

There is no war greater than the battle against the Coven.

There is no attack more necessary than striking their plague as soon as it is exposed.

The Valeborne and its allies will find this worm and root them out.

They will bleed the essence they stole back into the Vale under our blades.

Let this coward run.

They cannot hide forever."

Notices are sent out to Coalition forces as well detailing a masked lightning/wind magi garbed in blue outlined robes. It's also mentioned that this person may be illiterate.

A reward is promised to the party or parties responsible for the capture of Edwards.
