add a separate slot for hair

not being able to wear hats and the like with a sub hair is annoying. having to rub runes in your scalp to minmax stats is annoying. having to ask an admin to manually set your hair to 'other' is annoying.

This is mostly the reason why I choose carefully when going for an outfit. Hats are usually out of the question.
