But her death was just the beginning of the chaos that unfolded in Myllenoris. A battle took place between Finley and the Dragonborn, with multiple Teraphim ordered to capture him, and they soon realized what a fire magi of his renown was capable of when encircling their foe. Flames danced and smog blocked their vision. Finley found himself at the mercy of the Progeny of Vartuul after a close battle.

The High Lady arrived just in time, where demands were made and threats were issued... She revealed her true intentions had always been to conquer Osrona, after confronted on the plan to replace Alexander with Marie. After all, to the victors go the spoils. There can be no change so long as the Petrakis rule. This angered the man with a blade to his throat, Finley.

Siegfried then valiantly charged towards Sythaeryn, boasting of helping to slay the red dragon. Multiple magi intercepted to prevent Finley's untimely demise, and High Lady Asta ordered the Knight's death, which Teraphim Ro carried out.

Finley refused. He'd rather die than put his captive, and now ally, to death. He issued a spirit's witness against Asta - An honor duel. The High Lady called off her demand for Siegfried's end until after the witness had concluded, but Sythaeryn was unwilling. If the Knight lives, Finley dies. A brawl took place, where Finley was wrangled from the drakanite's grasp by the High Lady, but Siegfried was killed in the process by Ro, to put an end to it all.

Then the spirit's witness took place. Asta defeated Finley, cracked open his rib cage, about to tear out his heart before her daughter, Amy, Finley's fiance, pleaded to stop, and the High Lady left him in critical condition. She has not been made since, but the siege preparations continue on and the greatest battle of the 17th century awaits.
