From within the gut-depths of Osrona's nether mazes, an independent organization with thus far unknown purposes is given birth to. "Walter and the Rat Pack™" makes it's thunderous debut by taking advantage of the havoc-packed political and military landscape, and capitalizing the opportunity to infiltrate the long abandoned Academy.

Having caught wind of rumours regarding some of the reading material and goodies seemingly stored under lock in the fortress, the elusive gang follows through with their plan of breaching into the military facility - a risk investment.

If the Academy Arc wasn't going to come to them, they'd just have to make their own happen.
