Jormungandr's Children, The Tidebloods

Word spreads throughout Esshar of a Drakanite girl with icy wings, and a gentle smile traveling throughout Esshar. She seems to be on a mission of the religious sort. Nearly every encounter with this girl results in her attempting to gain some form of knowledge, or preaching of the Divine Dragon Jormungandr. Who is said to rule over the Oceans as well as being a God of Purity and medicine. She seems interested in teaching people of the nature of the Tideblood faith, and offers invites to Drakanites and Water Magi alike.

She is often found gathering supplies in the wilds, though it's not uncommon to see her visiting any of the settlements besides Illburg.
A welcoming smile is given to nay her approach her wishing to learn more of Jormungandr and their Tidebloods.
