Text Colors

Subs should be allowed to change their text color in OOC based on a preset. I want cute pink OOC text!
I also think that say text, either the text itself or the name of the characters should be i nthe color of their /quotes. This woul make it easier to see what characters are saying what besides the little face icon in the corner that is hard to notice.
