The city of Caethir begins to stir, whispers weaving through its streets as news travels around of a monumental announcement set to happen at the turn of the new year. All who wish to bear witness are urged to arrive, for what will happen is not merely a declaration—but the dawn of a new era. A shift in the kingdom’s fate draws near, and with it, a decision destined to further shape it's future.

Anticipation amongst Caethir's populace and those visiting received their long-awaited response for the meeting: the May Queen, Adira, shall be relinquishing her position as its leader and adopting an advisory role for the Ever Glowing fourth regency, King Lucion H. Fair.

Other statements spread far and wide about his intentions underneath this new position within the newly-realized kingdom:
 
✦ Further shifts within rankings were expounded that morning to audience members. Zuu Vawris has stepped down through retirement after fulfilling his role as commandant, hopefully settling with well-deserved peace. In his stead, Cifer Mugen has been dubbed Knight Commander, and Marcoh Eclipse as Knight Captain to fill the vacancy; both are acknowledged as individuals pivotal to militaristic efforts and inspiration for others.  
 
✦ Aspiring sorcerers were publicly implored to visit and perhaps join Caethir following a proclamation to return to its roots. Anyone else wishing for introductions into the sorcery arts was also invited, since former projects started by Caethir's original Court Sorcerer, Vale Ackerman, will soon be resumed. 
 
✦ Crowds featuring some key figures from other nations are suggested to re-establish relations with the leadership changing hands once more; in tandem with this, King Lucion informed everyone of strengthening ties between the Realm of Delphina and Caethir through an upcoming wedding to the esteemed Princess Calanthe Caewynn. It establishes her position as the Queen-Consort of the settlement while maintaining Dal'thalan titles henceforth.  
 
Additional updates were promised to be made as these transitions settle over the next year or two.
