Hailing from the unknown beyond, Apas is a mysterious individual whom not many can find a sufficiently accurate description for. Even their history remains hidden behind vague recollections of distant memories of which little can be properly accredited towards anything potentially momentous. 

Upon awakening from their slumber, they had become a wanderer who went through each and every settlement in order to learn. Their knowledge slowly became something which was well-known thanks to the unique insight they have on certain subjects which others would have little to no knowledge on in comparison to others. Seeking to break the chains which bind them and understanding what it means to be human, even in spite of their heritage. 

To see, seek, and understand the beauty of the realm otherwise overlooked and the nature which surrounds it, with or without the influence of the Gods. Realizing that ultimately, freedom of choice is the goal of which humanity strives for - to make decisions without others' opinions weighing upon your own.

Hailing from Sheng, Meishan is the product of being an illegitimate heir, eldest daughter, to a high-class family in the realm of Jianghu known as the Huotai and an untold woman from Yurhira, the land where archers are abundant and horses just as much so. While she might have been raised in Jianghu, her blood always seemed to tie her far closer to the lands of Yurhira, including the pink hue of her hair which far more resembled the reds of Yurhira. Her tact in archery and skillfulness in handling animal relations is something you're more than accustomed with, though when it comes to people?

Much less.

Even so, she managed to make her way from the homelands in an attempt to follow in the nomadic footsteps of her ancestors and ended up in the land of Meranthe, where she quickly discovered amidst the towering volcanic buildings which she soon called home of her distant heritage of drakanite blood. Thin as it were, though, not a single trace of it has shown up as of yet - even this late in her lifetime. Perhaps an ill omen for her bloodline, or maybe a sign of something which could develop into something more potent given time to refine and grow.

Her philosophic methods have made her a renowned teacher over many years in the arts of both Wayfinding and Fortuna, both of which she's more than happy to offer to her children if they have inclination towards such arts - descended scholarship from her father's family still managing to grip her mind with a constant stream of curiosity and desire to learn. Such also were the sparks between her and your other parent, and a potential catalyst for yourself as well. Her mind has been tempered over numerous conflicts, wars, and losses, but she can only hope you need not go through the same.

You are:

- Very loved from both sides.

- Able to take the Huotai name for yourself if you so desire or one your father decides for you, or none at all. First name can be whatever you like.

- Drakanite or Human, with Djinn Heritage.

- Able to potentially receive powerful artifacts if you work for it.

- Were raised primarily in Aetius, though you might briefly remember moments in Drakanspire when very young.

- Are very unlikely to be religious, and if you are, it would be of Shenlong from your mother's side.

- Were likely raised around and fond of animals and have some training in archery as well as history and various other subjects from your mother... whether you wanted it or not. She refused to have ignorant children.

- Well-traveled with your father, should you have desired such experiences.

- Can be taught by both your mother and father alike in various practical arts, or one of their many acquaintances.
