It has been years since the armies of Ad Contra Deos have been summoned to walk Meranthe once more; their last sighting was the failure to free Grimblao at last, followed by the revenge enacted across the land to the likes of Drakanspire, as well as Altharim - a place that manages to stand to this day. For today, their purpose is not of revenge, nor it is to grant freedom for a friend bound in divine chains.

They are seen on the mountains, marching up north; beyond the volcano, beyond the site of Ragnarök. Once a sacred site, now a ruin- in a ritualistic performance, they seek to make use of the site in the grand scheme, one meant to forge a path of domain.

Their presence is evident and easily seen- on purpose, perhaps, for they make no attempt to have their activity concealed or try to accomplish this in a quiet solitude. To what end?

While Aetius works to contest Ad Contra Deos, there is an unlikely source of contention and strife, not against the Undead Army of Ad Contra Deos…
But against its Lord, Varrach himself.

A single Giant marches on his own, not with an army. Not with friends. Not with family.

Upon the battlements of Enos, the regent Saevara Vindrskald stands resolute before the clergy of the twin crowns.

"It is our duty, our charge, to protect these ruins - to stand as paragons of what these souls sacrificed for. We shall not suffer their disturbance. To Meranthe, these are but ruins. To Enos? Our home."

Enos will intervene to drive those of Fel-nature from the ruins it was sworn to protect, the souls it was built to honor.

...Yet Calsevol's Champion was nowhere to be found.

A declaration is signed and squadrons of knights and soldiers are seen moving forth. 

It was quite apparent they did not intend such a march to be private or hidden.

The approach of Ad Contra Deos would be met with a horn and army of Caethir.

Each wearing Sigils of Their Queen and waving flags of their nation.

"Then meet them with the appropriate force. They can not be allowed to have their way, nor will their presence go uncontested upon these lands. Raise sword and spear for your nation, we will march and together we will see their efforts thwarted."

Caethir has declared to contest Ad Contra Deos from the completion of their ritual.
