In Defiance of The Heartless Sea (Sermon and Vigil)

Word spreads as a certain Inquisitor puts up notices around Republic controlled territories telling of a sermon to be held within Martyr's Vigil in some few months time. The posters and notices are rather plain and respectful, given the content of what follows. The sigil of the Tribunal is placed atop each, along with a message, time, and location.

In honor of the great crusade to liberate Nilhirra from the clutches of the Fel and all enemies of the common good, we pay homage to all that have been lost in its fall, and the fighting that followed. We give solace and alms to all who have been displaced due to the rigors of war, and the pursuit of rooting out the rot that takes Meranthe to its core.

Please join us within Martyr's Vigil for a ceremony of remembrance for all who have suffered, and a brief sermon from the Tribunal to give strength in these trying times.

May our Lodestar guide all who are lost in these trying times, and may we all look up in wonder and learn again to see the world as it could be- and not as it is.

Appended near the bottom is also a brief apology, as the sermon and ceremony had originally been intended for the isle itself, but due to complications with the cleanup and reconstruction effort will be held within the Vigil instead. The Tribunal apologizes for any inconvenience, and offers the most sincere condolences to the citizens of the Republic as they attempt to rehouse displaced non-magi citizens. The Tribunal offers asylum and aid for those seeking it during this period of rebuilding.
