At times, it seems like nothing can ever lift their spirits, even writing, or sketching or crocheting. Despite that ever looming depression, Sunsets over Moonlight always makes time for their children, little lights of their world shrouded in a hanging, heavy fog. They've taught you everything during moments of your father's absence leading campaigns or training. He is the Realm's Marshal, your mother the Realm's Heir... but you do not feel its pressure. They refuse you ever to. You've been granted every comfort, protected from just about everything by your fussy mother. They taught you to read, write, drew with you, listened to you, rambled to you, nurtured you. Her teachings, Nemea's shared as story and conversation opposed to formal lessons, they are Luminary after all. Seasons flow, cycles, sorrow, trickery but clever tales subtle yet striking... they say your mother might be immortal. At times, they seem a little eternal, unending. After all, they've always been in your life. Would that ever change?

Since you were young, your father has been a loving, but somewhat absent figure. Between fights for the unification of Sirenia, leading wars for the Realm of Delphina, he is gone for months, years at a time. A sentiment held by most of the Meander name. Your father heavily dissuades you from picking up the sword as he has, if only to see you be more of an artist or builder, like your mother.
