Meranthe was brought to witness a miracle.

Risen from the ashes, reborn in a new form, Her vessel and Martyr was wrought from stone.
An angel-forged being of divine power that brought the lands to rumble and quake.
Whilst the skies bled in mourning.

You were among the many who watched this display unfold.
You watched as Mydaea's Champion did battle against one of Avalon's own white-winged number, how Viritas fought all of humanity's forces to a standstill.


You are:
A witness to this event.

Perhaps you were an awe-struck member of the crowd who witnessed the divine clash.
Perhaps you are already one of the many nameless Shades of Viritas, their legion of assassins shrouded in secrecy.
Or perhaps a silent worshipper of the Fallen Angel Mydaea, one with dreams of seeing her will manifest.

This is a purely narrative hook. I was initially hoping to offer some Soldier Spawn benefits, but unfortunately Viritas doesn't quite have the influence to afford that at the moment!
