"Arcanum, a settlement dedicated towards progression and a change in ideology. What it means to use magic, what it means to be a sorcerer, what it means to be a member of the society of Meranthe. Our dedication to this end is through our school, The Scholaria Arcanum, a place were knowledge is shared not only through we sorcerers, but through the collective history experienced by those who occupy this land. We are those who wish to see the world progress, and through our collective efforts we will bring a new age of miracles and wonders!

Our First Mission will be to create a stipend for the non-magi that come to our land, this stipend will include food, clothing and shelter. When the necessities of life are no longer a priority, we are then able to put our full efforts into innovation. I urge all settlements of the land to send their youth to the Scholaria arcanum to learn more of the secrets of the land. Here, they will be able to enter a place were they may test their mettle and wit agains their peers without threat of violence. Once they commit their time here, they will return stronger, wiser, and more willing to shape the world in a way were we all can benefit.

* New efforts to increase the size of Scholaria Arcanum have been made, rumors of dormatories and training facilities have floated in the rumor mill

 

*An agreement has been made with Martyr's vigil for a Ferry between the two Settlements, making easy travel between Arcanum and the mainland!

 

* Guest Courses Held by non-Arcanum teachers will be compensated with 10,000 coin per class!!!

  

* Construction of Arcanum's Candy Factory have been made with  Astrid Wilkinsson-Thorr being named as the head engineer for the project.

  

*The Scholira Arcanum outlaws any unsanctioned vicious battles on settlement grounds. Arcanum is a place of neutrality and students and teens of all settlements are welcome so long as they are not of malcontent

For long the land had been covered in night, people cowered in fear of what lurked within the dark, praying and hoping desperately for this nightmare to end. Now, the rays of dawn, crest along the hills until they pierce through our souls. All witness, the sun reborn. 

• With the peace treaty signed between the Kingdom and Aetius, a mournful period has begun. Vigils are hosted among the populace by the handful of krausites who had begun to spread their faith within the walls of the Castle Keep.
  
• Rumours are abuzz as the people witness two young royal princes walking the streets as of recent. It seems the royal family is expanding slowly but surely!
  
• Carts are witnessed bringing crates of crystals and ores into the castle workshop. Workers claim the ex-leader Franz is at the head of whatever project is being worked on.
  
• Although the war has come to an end, there is an overall sense of unease and unrest within the Kingdom.
  
• Mentions of a meeting between the crown and all the nobles of the realm, begins to spread among the social circles of the Kingdom. A chance to voice  concerns? Or perhaps another powderkeg waiting to explode.

For many nights had the people of Caethir cried for change, until it was finally delivered. A life to live in fear and stagnancy, no longer.

• With recent activities taking place in Caethir, a new Queen has been elected to take the place of King Adelaide. Known currently as Queen Adira. She addresses publicly amongst her people internal affairs are to be sought to first before any external advances or relations.
  
• The known massive market of Caethir is being revamped with new rules of whom would be able to see to owning such. Those that live within the kingdom will be prioritized over others.
  
• Rumors spread the streets of a Gala to be held by The Queen Adira and perhaps even a tournament to follow...
  
• The Jade Sorcerer Vale Ackerman has been promoted to Court sorcerer and Queens aid alongside Lucion H. Fair. Zuu Vawris has been promoted to Commander of The Azure Order.

A roller-coaster of eight years saw Aetius move back-and-forth across the subcontinent. 
From the coalition opposing Thomas Equisol's conquest of Meranthe, to a thorn in Ad Contra Deus's side, and ending with a contest of territory against King Adelaide's Caethir. These ventures, mixed of success and failure, saw the people within battle-tested and ultimately take Glimmer Lake.

The ceasefire to hostilities (2169AC) coincided with Caethir's rebellion. Thus, it's easy to assume Aetius is in support of Caethir's newfound Queen Adira.

With a moment of reprieve and peace after non-stop battles, Lord Uralai addressed his home at the turn of year. The following excerpts, spread by word of mouth or crow, define Aetius' stance moving forward.

"Any bad blood with Caethir should be buried now; the war originated from their past council, all but deposed by the rebellion."
