Enshrouded by mists, patrolled by wayward gorgon pirate ships,

A group of like-minded individuals have thought to set sail there.
Upon the Serpentine Spire there are said to be many ghostly influences,
waiting to be harnessed by the right people.
There's a treasure rumored to be there as well,
