The Saint of Light

A once-in-a-century event is taking place near the shores of Lodran. Word travels far of a gathering of magi upon a recently erected temple. They are said to be a conjuring of corrupted pious priests. One has claimed to be the Saint of Light, a Primordial in the making, acting out 'miracles' through his magic. He has amassed an impressive following from his efforts, and the strength in those numbers. It is said that their cult has dwindled some nearby smaller populations as they expand and weed out between those who are willing to follow the Saint of Light and those who are unwilling. Through this expansion have some powerful relics been acquired. Survivors and witnesses claim that their goal is to enact a ritual beneath a nearing solar eclipse utilizing these relics. A call for help has reached Aphros, and a Knight of the Astra Section has been tasked with amassing a small force of capable magi to investigate the situation afoot and stop this ritual should it be antagonistic as described.
