In each settlement towards the west, fliers are passed around by hired parties.
Three birds seem to stick around the locations of these missives, all assigned to their particular locations of where it's found.
One bird is black. One bird is white. One bird is gray. -- They all know who to go to for delivery, and will expeditiously do so.

What is it exactly?

Predetermined threads?
A concept of order that can be altered by decisions?

Known?
Unknown?

Do you think dreams are part of it too, that pushes the current of your path?

I'm curious to know your answers, Meranthe people!

I tried to write this at least 50 times to get it right...

The missive is written with very small handwriting. Some characters above 35+ years of age might need their reading glasses!
If this page is removed from the billboard, one can see the ink blotches on the backside, bleeding through the page.

One is in search of these answers, and still those missives persist.

In the west, they are less frequent, but many remain.
In the east, there are more in abundance, stretching from the vastness of Gloomlight, up to Delphina, in Caethir, and as far as Xuefeng goes.
Be it done by hired parties or an invisible set of peoples, including the primary person, herself,
they are delivered, attached to post boards, or fluttering around in the winds, having been poorly attached to some structures.

This time, only two birds stick around, singing merry songs with no patterns to their chirping tune.
One is blue. One is green. They, too, all know who to go to for delivery, and will expeditiously do so as the trio before them.

It is the same context on each parchment. It seems someone's eager to know everyone's answers.
