A petite sign is set up on the counter of the little shop in the North Western corner of Caethir Square. 

Due to recent increase of interior design requests I will be increasing my prices to adjust to the demand. Those who have already been quoted will still receive their contracts at the originally quoted price. All future pricing will scale off a base price of the traditional apartment size. All of my designs are fully custom and are permitted changes within the allotted time of the contract duration are finalized. Should you be interested in one of these commissions or wish to inquire about exterior design please contact me via letter at Linden A. Hawthorne. See below the base price:
Apartment [13x9] $12,000*
Two story homes [Single room upstairs] $20,000
Settlement Government Buildings & Towers $30,000+
All building types not listed are a case by case basis and require an appraisal

All clients of Lindenberg are offered 100% guaranteed confidentiality of location, client name, & any witnessed conversations or less than legal activity or otherwise will not be relayed to outside sources. In special circumstances of extra precautions, a blood oath or arcane contract magic may be accepted to preserve privacy.
