What comes from the soul death of a fae?
Does the world itself grieve? Is nature thrown into a maddened rage?
What is left in the wake of such a loss...
A giant bird began searching for the last resting place of its friend many years ago, no body left behind as the self-proclaimed Fairy King was slain while protecting Meranthe. It would search to recover the weapon he created and used, to pass it to another generation of Fae, to go alongside the thread he made. For the sentimentality of passing the torch, even if it has no true right to do such, the Sewing Needle wouldn't be left to erode.
