Suspire of the Forge

A few missives are placed around within Gloomlight and the surrounding Republic territories, signed with the emblem of a blood-red Dragon possessively holding a body-sized scalpel within its claws.

Good day. I shall keep this as brief as I can, I have never been good with paperwork like this.
I am Galena Altha, as some of you may know i and many others have worked on a project of mine: A forge capable of harnessing and applying the lifeforce known as 'vitae' into equipment, materials and even weapons & armor.
Today i am proud to announce it has finally been completed and open to the public. Those inclined to the arts of blood and bone or biomancy in general may send forth a letter to myself or Ksceniya in regards to using it for your own creations.
Be warned however; This is a forge that requires an immense sacrifice from those seeking to use such a beautiful amalgamation of biomancy and art blacksmithing.

Such a creation however is not complete to its full purpose and thus the second need for this missive I shall put to pen.

I am in need of those deeply connected to the spirits, Preferably someone who knows a thing or two about summoning such beings from across the veil.

Despite the ominous closure to such a missive it would seem the Montelione workshop within unreality is abuzz with new activity as the Flayed Drakanite and the Dragon of blood continue to ramp up development within the R&D department of Unreality and Gloomlight.
