The Wisdom of the Sisters is a Mortylite philosophy,
perspective (or sect, depending on who you ask) and belief system which is led - and directed by a Spiritual Leader (Ba'al Queri'ah) named Vena Amamiya, formerly known as Vena Mephan.

The Wisdom of the Sisters focuses on transformation through struggle, understanding Mortyl, and one's unique connection to death through her aspects, and daughters. Be that, the path and life of a Warrior, and Valkyrie in Morana, the path of an inventor, creative and destroyer in Salem, or the path of the Historian, Archivist, and Empath in Bronanch, all
sisters have a unique perspective which must be equally considered, and weighed in one's own perspective.

This philosophy was crafted, and written by the Inheritor of Salem, Urano Mephan - the Guardian of the Gateway of Death, and the Architect of New Babylon, who has since perished. This particular philosophy is explicitly portrayed not to be a religion, but a belief system which encourages independent thought, critical thinking, a leader based mindset, and control of one's bias, and emotional tendencies.

But Vena - is not her father, she has her own perspective, and application of her inheritance from himself, and Salem differs, though there are many similarities. Upon entry to the Wisdom of the Sisters, one can seek a path under her patronage:
Occutlist/Valkyrie - For warriors, and those who wish to reap the boons of apathy, in spite of the emotional instability occultism, and combat provokes. Apathy may lead to one becoming an emotionless psychopath in the field of battle (or in general), but through discipline, self accountability, and critical thinking - one can turn this inherently psychotic trait into a targeted, and devastating weapon of war, when necessary.
An intellectual, historian, writer or philosopher - For the creatives who seek to strip value from life itself, and provide their own meanings to the structures that exist, or document history in an objective and unbiased manner. The boon of Nihilism prompts spiritual growth, if it does not outright depress you, or make you outrageously pessimistic[A trait that Vena herself is known for].
Researcher (Artificer, Alchemist, Scientist of any sort) - Bestowed and imbued with the blessing of Curiosity, your curious mind will never fail to find purpose, especially if there is work to be done. But be warned, this can be as much of a curse as it is a blessing.

In preparation for her oaths, and a ritual, those abandoned, lost, rejected, or do not belong are encouraged to seek her out in Serenity, she promises a home, purpose, ritualistic empowerment, and for your faith and belief in the sisters to be "Harvested and turned into strength." (???)

While it all seems like a great offer, the statement of harvesting strength through belief is - actually rather ominous. However, this can be explained (likely) through the known events of her life, and how she understands belief, and faith in one's ideals to function.
There are several notable, and known events which may present a deeper indication of her true nature, and what the Wisdom of the Sisters may or may not be, under Vena Amamiya's leadership.
[She was on the Frontlines of Varrach's first invasion against heaven at age 12]
[Challenged the 'Strongest' Oscuri to a battle at the tower of Aeticus, refused to fight him until he was provided a kit, and lost her arm to him]
[Participated in the final battle of the Demonic Invasion at age 14 to protect the Gateway of Death from certain destruction]
[Arrested in Gloomlight for an excessive use of force]
[An incident with a member of the Bastion, which resulted in her permanent banishment from Gloomlight, reportedly due to an excessive use of force]
[Attempted destruction of the Gateway of Death, an incident which resulted in several bounty board posters, battles, and forced many people (influential and otherwise) to pick a side in the familial conflict of the Mephans, or outright abstain from participation]
A very violent past, and she refers to herself as a warmonger. Perhaps, there is much more than simply being imbued, and empowerment has a much more violent meaning within this particular philosophy.

You, if interested, will have to find out IC!

You are!

Any race, any age, this perspective openly welcomes the lost, those who do not fit in, and seek purpose in what's left of their life. The biggest themes of the Mephans, and the sisters are - grief, trauma, and struggle, often how it changes a person, making them worse, or better. (Witches and so on are not invited)

A new character, or a character who has lost their IC purpose - yet you still want to play them.

Going to be inducted into the Mortyl Religion mechanically (and ICly)

Part of Serenity, however you will defend Fortune if it is necessary.

Going to Rebuild New Babylon, in the very distant future (15+ years)
