Deep within the rolling hills of sand and heat lies a congregation of miscreants. Descendants of the Rhoynish tribes have claimed a small piece of land for their own, a place to rest and recover after rampant raiding and pillaging. Lead by a descendant of Natasa Dayndros, many of the ancient Rhoynish customs are commonplace within Ilburg.
While they've no allegiances, Osrona and its denizens are often regarded with discontent by the people of the Illian clan.

OOC:
This will be a small desert settlement of bandits/raiders, mostly made up of descendants from the Rhyonish clans.

Ten years have passed since the descendants of Dayndros clan guided the united Rhoynish tribes to the ruins now known as Ilburg, lands once believed to be inhabitied by the Primordial Njorun. Assaults from Osrona, and pressure to return to the life of indentured servants weighed heavily on the oppressed desert dwellers. Living within an environment lacking in resources, and hungry for revenge against those who treated them as no more than battle slaves, the united tribes formed their own clan, and began to steal from all who entered their domain.
Thus marking the creation of a new clan, Ilian.
Not long after forming the faction, and preparing for war against the capital, it's leaders were slain. Leaving Penelope Dayndros as the new high lady of her people.
- Njorun is an ancient Primordial whom resides in the spirit realm. It's believed that all Rhoynish who perish in battle join him, to partake in endless war against the spirits of Helheim. He can be worshiped directly, or through an ancestral spirit.
- Ilburg is below ground level, surrounded by sand dunes. The majority of the settlement is poorly constructed huts, and a series of caved in nameless ruins.
- Due to the lack of natural resources, coupled with the innate desire for battle, many of the Rhoynish descendants of picked up banditry as a means to survive and sate their bloodlust.
