 A New Start

A young man, traveling from the shelter of his life as a noble in the Shigenobu clan, known by the name Alreth, a name now forgotten to the depths of time. A mask strapped to the faeborne's face, as was tradition for the part of his clan. The man would light the torch that stood idly in his hand; this was the first cave he had ever stumbled within, and he behaved as such. Stumbling around with no real direction or knowledge of it. And yet the man who encounters another, a monk per se. And one for the next year he would end up with. Until at least the man finds himself in the new branch of the clan, encountering and meeting his sister once more. His name changed to that of Daiki, and his last name faded into a Noyon's clan, until at last the man had taken on a new journey, one that led him to the sails of a boat.

 Rain, Storms, Thunder. Those would be the friends that greeted the Tengoku for many years. A track of mud and rivers meeting each step, what a turn of fate for the Noyon. His sister was still working away at the creation Fall of the Shigenobu clan, but rest was few and far between. Until the light of a nearby city would greet his eyes, one Daiki would enter. At least to escape this fate of wandering with no purpose. And here the past would be put at rest, for some time at least. The sight of his son, the growth of the dojo he would run.

"The dawn crackles, the world shakes. It seems much has left my wake since my departure."

But a man could not hide from his fate forever. Thus, when his son reached the age of 16, he would prepare an expedition, parting his child with his goal of a true clan, and such would sail alongside the heir of the Tengoku clan. A teenager named Etsuko Tengoku and a single one who accompanies the boy on his travels. Soon the boy would arrive on the year 2145. Nothing but a shabby blade and his father's legacy to guide the path he now walks.
