In a surprise turn of events, this father is quite absent in your life. They are busy treading the realm of spirits and taking care of Arcadia, which you have few memories of due to primarily being raised within the halls of Gloomlight and their expensive mansions and non-farm-things. Even so, you inherit a plethora of potential from their blood alone.

You are a child loved by the Light, with a strong inclination and urge toward Faith in respect to the Pantheon, particularly the goddess of Harmony, Azalea, who might be considered something like a grandmother, an aunt, or a friend. You are a child raised in Gloomlight, with your Giant-father.

You hold Nephilim Heritage toward Azalea if you are born from Mitra (<2114) and Enarr, unfortunately. You also have Galean heritage from your father Melos.
You have 1/4 Djinni Heritage, though the secrets to unlocking the full breadth of it are as elusive to you as they are to your father, who doesn't comment much on their adventures within the realm of spirits.
Both of your parents claim to be Order-Bound by the highest level of Contract Magic that forbids them from speaking about your origin, and how you were born to two fathers. You just know there has never, ever been a mother involved in your upbringing. At all, or ever.
Your whore of a father also has several bastards and you have a few half-siblings that your angel of a father likes.
You are barred, as a decree from the Archmage's Association, from inheriting the Prithvi name unless you ascend to become a Djinn within the realm of spirits. You will take the dul Vique or Equisol name, at your father's discretion.

With the recent events of the extinction, Mitra's evident death leaves you in the sole custody of the nation of Gloomlight.

We are now opening this to more than one child, and you may apply in DM with Kynim as well (I was redirecting a few people, but feel free). There are alternative roles with a relation solely to Mitra if desired.

It seems after your Father's death, your other Father simply couldn't look at you, and you were delegated to be raised by the Oracle of Gloomlight and his wife, one the Oracle of Athelios, teaching you about one of your heritages and the other teaching you about Mitra's own. 

You were loved.

But now, you feel neglected.

You have every right to feel that way, as the High Chancellor, the man you call Father - does not act like you exist, if only by the monthly allowance that is shipped to you by delegates and massengers. 

You will receive proper training, education, and have the freedom to do as you wish, for all you know, your only living Father could not care less.
