Among the streets of Arcadia, following an announcement posted on a billboard, there are words spreading about the preparation of a Townhall/Gala to gather the small nation in one night of celebration. For people to be merry and jolly, to get knowing each other and spend some good time together with the food and the music.

Notably, there will be a part where the Keeper Svengalf Sandsker has an announcement to make, and commendations to give.

Everyone from Arcadia is invited. The more we are, the better it is.

The people of Dal'Thala can join the festivities too. For the rest, you would have to be invited by a resident to attend.

No date is set, altough the announcement on the billboard in front of the Atrium of White has a paper tp fill for taking people's availabilities.

After gathering the availabilities of people, the Gala will be set on the Saturday 15th March, at 5PM EST.

The people of Arcadia and Dal'Thala can attend freely. Outsiders must be invited and accompagnied with one of the Residents to take part.

Planning of the day :

• A feast prepared from the local products will be available to the guests.
  
• An introduction by the Keeper Svengalf Sandsker, following next with honorary commendations for some residents of Arcadia.
  
• An important announcement in regards of the future of Arcadia.
  
• Nominations for new ministers and counselors.
  
• Open forum and announcements by the Residents of Arcadia.
