Two things have happened as a consequence of the battle for the Nest ending in the Triumvirates defeat.

Firstly, the Triumvirates threats were revealed to be mostly empty. The cultists and mercenaries backed by undead, demons and beasts proved to be a disorganized force held together by a shoestring budget and high hopes. With the death of The Second Prophet, Valerie the twice-risen Morningstar falls, immediately breaking the point of there being a Triumvirate to begin with-it. The status of Shargus' Horde is completely unknown and most war-historians agree he did not even show to the battle, leading to a theory that Bile was in fact just using the Magic Beasts name for publicity. 

Although one thing is confirmed, perhaps because of the stress of defeat, Bile has re-risen as the Demon of Eyes, of Secrets, and of the Sword: Geist.

Before news spread of his ascension, the man quickly wracked up tabs at many local bars, leading to his new face becoming widely known as a no-good chain-smoking drunkard.
