In Arcadia, the Caian side of the church finds a new priestess at its helm.

The once quiet church has finally found renewed activity. A children who was raised within its walls has taken upon herself to mantle the duties of head priestess of Caius due to the empty position. Despite her young age of 15, Zaahira Khalas is already a priestess embraced by Caius, who displays greater devotion than many.

A public statement followed with her newly endorsed role, inviting anyone to come and join her. Follower of Caius or not, all are welcomed.

Greetings, people of Meranthe! I am Zaahira Khalas, priestess of Caius and newly appointed head of the Caian side of the Arcadian church. It may surprise some of you to hear that such a young woman has taken up this mantle, but I assure you that I am quite devoted to the task!. I have grown up in this very church ever since I was three. I have learned the ways of Caius almost as early as I've learned to talk.

Death is universal, and so is love. I will be here to guide you through both. To learn to love, and to learn to let go. Weddings and funerals alike, may it be that you seek counsel on a heart that is swelled with affection or hurt by grief, I will be there.

I offer you my shoulder and my ear, as someone willing to listen and help.
