The healing rains that traversed throughout Meranthe seem to finally be stopping...
The chirps and songs of birds upon the winds all point to someone reappearing at the end of the remembrances.

The skies of Arcadia seem a bit cloudier these days.
-
But in an interim of both shock and sorrow, Yejide, a Keeper of Koretheia who has been notably absenting from public life for the past few years, would emerge from the Atrium to make an announcement.
-
Quote:I'm sure the tragic news of the fate of Yuka has already touched you all. She was kind, practical, and wise Mender of Arcadia that we had to unfortunately lose this soon. Her contributions to Arcadia in her roles both chosen and bestowed has set a great example for many to come after her, and thus she will be deeply missed. A new symphony will be sung in her honor this year, a Symphony of Remembrance. To give that which we lost the rites they deserve, to look upon their actions and use their example to inspire us to continue walking into the horizon. All that are friendly or remorseful are welcomed to pay their respects and to feel empowered under the melody of a true symphony.

For many years, the songs within the Atrium had been the long practiced ones. Few news traveled out, and for years on end the heart of Harmony has been absent from the lands. Many know, however, of the recent resurfacing of the Primordial of Harmony, as well as her most faithful messenger. Having returned from their time in the distant Vale of Forgiving Light, the recent Spring has been more pronounced than usual across Meranthe. With their resurfacing, also come more news; of the duties that have been outlined for the Dryads and the Aerodyne; the blessed and imbued creations of Koretheia, granted nobility.
Soon enough, messenger birds begin to make their way out of the Atrium, spreading copies of a text penned by Camellia Aubreen. She has promptly announced that this text shall be sacred to all those who worship the Maiden of Spring and spread Harmony across the land.
The text is easy to get hands on for any of those interested. It reads as thus:
Quote:Within the pantheon of Ten, there was a vacant seat once filled by Aschea. She was the goddess of beauty, family, salvation; She was the one who resided over unions between mortals, and She resided over matters of penance. Aschea oversaw the Spirit Realm, and She maintained the health and balance of the world. She was beauty, She was kindness. Flowers bloomed in the wake of Her steps. When intervening against an act that would disrupt the very balance She maintained, She manifested into the material world - and the battle that took place on that fated day, centuries ago, was decided by Her sacrifice. She gave way to the Teraphim.
Centuries have passed, and those beings are now scarcely seen across Eternia. They have gone in search of the essence of the Goddess who sacrificed Herself to give them life, and in time, this search yielded fruit. But fate would not come to pass until a certain resonant, suited soul came to find the legacy once lost. From that resonant soul came to be a new God, reborn with the blessing of Athelios into a true Primordial and the Inheritor of those domains that have remained vacant. A new beginning was found; and the daughter of Aschea is now known as Koretheia, the Spring Maiden and Primordial of Harmony.
Here within lie the words that all those who are faithful to Koretheia and Her ways shall heed. These words are guidance and instruction, so that all of you who read this may not only find a way towards Harmony yourself, but so that you may in time spread it unto others. Nobody is so perfect as to embrace all tenets wholly - such a thing is possibly only for the one we pray to. Remember: kindness begets kindness.
It all starts with Life. Life is the beginning. We are all born in Life, and each of our Lives has meaning. And though there must also sometimes be an end, as the world we live in is not perfect, one must always measure carefully the weight of murder. To take another life is no light deed; always pay respect to Life, even in matters of war and Death.
In understanding the miracle of Life, we may then continue onwards to learn more miracles, more wonders that are borne from the fruit of Life. In understanding the vastness that spreads from the root of the World Tree, we learn to be humble; every miracle, every gift is a privilege, not a right. We must be thankful for what we are given. In this humility, we learn to be considerate of others, but also we learn to dream.
She is Spring, she is Renewal, She is Harmony. In the vast love she holds for the living, comes to be Her aspect of Harmony. In learning to be humble and thankful, we look outwards rather than inwards, and learn of the world. In learning of the world, we come to respect it. Those of us who are thankful for Her works shall nurture the health of the world and maintain the spiritual balance that encompasses those who yet live, and beyond.
At times, Her duties take her to the other side of existence. In the Spirit Realm, where she maintains the Vale of Forgiving Light as Her most beloved garden, lies the heart of Her realm. It is a place most sacred; to know the songs sung there, to see those distant sights, is to bear Her blessings. To bear Her blessings is to bring Her love across the world with each step we take.
To know the world and maintain its health we must also come to live with ourselves. Though in our faith devoted to Her we preach love and compassion, we must not look down upon anger and hatred as unnatural. We, who are mortal flawed beings, are filled with aspects of many, whilst She is an aspect unto Herself. We must learn to live with our feelings, confront them, and seek stability in companionship. No living being is meant to live alone.
The love and compassion of the Spring Maiden is as vast as the miracles of Life. She embodies Spring and renewal, and She would grant it to all who need it; but we must know that such a love, too, is a gift to be thankful for, and the path to renewal must be sought, than to be given on a silver platter. Trust in Her miracles, spread goodness in your deeds, and She may grant Her miracles in time. Learn to forgive others, learn to forgive yourself; but in forgiving, never forget. To forget wrongdoings is to doom ourselves to repeating them. We are not meant to live alone, and thus must we learn to live with one another - in Harmony.
In respect, humility, duty, love, companionship, forgiveness, we seek to spread the love that She holds. In learning what She teaches us, we erase the boundaries that exist between one another, we take away all that divides. Spread Her message, but do not recoil when others deny it; She, too, has known pain, and so too we must not shy away, must not surrender, in the face of trials that await us. We are flawed, and we shall not always be able to show the breadth of Her Love. Yet we must try.
Remember to smile for the flowers growing on your balcony. Remember to smile at your friends and family. Smile, remembering those who have gone. Always know that Life is a gift, and that it falls to us to ensure its miracle may not be snuffed alongside the very world we live in.
Some songbirds of the Choir of Joy whisper across Arcadia that the Choirmaster, Camellia Aubreen, intends to write a more detailed breakdown of each aspect in a special handbook for the members of the Choir!
