Seeking to rear a new generation of ambitious youths, you are one of three who have been adopted from one of the numerous orphanages around Meranthe. You were adopted around the age of five and taken from the mortal plane to be raised within Mornith's castle by the Primordial of Greed and Ambition.
Traversing between the mortal plane and Mornith you were given a few simple expectations if you were to continue living alongside the Primordial:
1. You will remain ambitious. Failure is acceptable so long as you continue to try to rise up and better yourself.
2. You keep the secrets of your adopted family for there are many.
3. You will worship your adopted mother as your Patron and learn the secrets of contract magic and law magic beneath her.
Your years have been bountiful and kindness has always been shown, but there has always been a lingering expectation over you to do fall to the same folly of your adopted brothers and sisters.
Inactivity is a waste. A lack of ambition is a sin. For as long as you strive for greatness, you will be rewarded handsomely.

✪ How you arrived at the Orphanage and your life before is up to your discretion. You were taken in young but you still had a past before your adoption.
