The Ambassador of the Nation, Hina Lam, is inviting those of the North to accompany the upcoming trial of Celestine Arkonen, once known as Celestine Völlenstud.

Celestine Arkonen, after the ascent to Babylon by many of Meranthe's people, is set to be determined of her fate after willingly surrendering herself to the Citadel.

She will stand trial for the following accusations:
Cambionism by the Atreyllans.
Pacting with one of the demons for a ring, confiscated.
Receiving an accursed demonblade, confiscated.
Signing a Grimoire and selling her soul, Grimoire confiscated.
.
Fighting alongside the Atreyllans for the Servant's Pearl in Delphina during Clemetine's cleansing.
.
Signing, unwillingly or willingly of herself with Vollerei, many individuals in the Grimoire, one of which has been executed for breaking vows and promises, and admitting to willingly pacting with Vollerei to obtain a ring- Arkeid H. Sun.
.
She will be heard and requested to explain all instances of these crimes against humanity and for those of the Ten's Citadel to make their judgements based on any inquiries they have, and explanations gathered about her circumstances.

Specific letters will be handed off by Ten's Citadel guardsman, requesting the audiences of:

The Exarch, Eivor Ualdirsson,

The Commander, Oceiros Dominic,

The Sentinels, Haoran Lam, Zahile Tempin, and Lion Folhammar,

Renfae of Ymirholl,

and Christophore Garjin of Londo.

Citizens of the Citadel are allowed to be present and spectate the Trial.

The Verdict for the Trial of Celestine Arkonen

Following the official Trial of Celestine Arkonen, a Cambion Witch of Atreylla, who willingly turned herself in to the Citadel for scrutiny of her crimes,

much as come to light throughout the trial that has denoted a GUILTY verdict.

"In standing trial for prior accusations, including -

Cambionism by the Atreyllans of Moonfall,

Pacting with one of the demons for a ring,

Receiving an accursed demonblade,

Signing a Grimoire to sell her soul,

Fighting alongside the Atreyllans for the Servant's Pearl in Delphina during Clementine's cleansing,

and Signing, either willingly or unwillingly, others into the Grimoire alongside Vollerei -

much more has come to light following Celestine's explanations, as well as information that had to be pried from her about certain aspects, namely the creation of her accursed ring.

In consideration of all listed accusations and hearing out Celestine's explanations to them, the signing of all individuals in the Grimoire has been collectively noted, some of which had swayed the verdict - many willingly signed their souls, with her willfulness to assist, despite describing her attempting to persuade those individuals away from doing so. While she described as being under duress with threats of death during some of these signings, she has admitted that others were not under duress.

Throughout, when requested to give explanation of the creation of her forged staff-turned demonblade and accursed ring, it was discovered from a witness during the trial that Celestine, alongside Lykon, Carmine, and Ilysander, forged the ring and performed two rituals for its product, pacting herself to the Abyssal Dragon - the Demon King. One of those rituals, as Celestine recounted, included the component of someone's life force - that being the life and sacrifice of Ray Virgo, also known as Aegis Man - as a result for the gain of the Ring.
She did not give this information willingly, as it had to be questioned - pried for - after bringing up the component.

With all said and done, the council of her Trial as voted a GUILTY verdict, sentencing her to death.

In defiance of this verdict, she has opted to indulge on the Blood of Morana, spilled from the events in the Valkyrie's deathly realm, and grow berserk to follow its inheritance.

In the midst of a short-lived battle, Celestine Arkonen has been killed by Exarch Eivor."
