In the distant Silent Expanse lies a kingdom known as Serenity. Although Serenity has maintained its own militia for quite some time, the influx of new hunters joining the army necessitated a system for tracking their progress. This system was designed to monitor their growth and provide a better understanding of their development as a whole. Given by the king himself personally. For those of Serenity to keep track of things properly with addition of some cultural knowledge given alongside of it.

This army goes by the name of "Dune Vanguard" Army not only act as the protectors of the kingdom but also stand as stalwarts against the forces of Fel.



Upon breaching through the first rank of Militia. Hunters receive their first marking on their body. These markings typically indicate the hunter's growth as an individual. As they advance in rank, the design of the marking evolves, eventually gaining additional effects that enhance the hunter's combat capabilities.



Similar to markings, upon reaching certain ranks, individuals are granted titles by the word of the king. Each title carries its own meaning and wisdom, typically conveyed in the ancient Silvanas tongue. By their growth, meaning of the titles can change quite often.

Starting point of each hunter of the dune. Where they can train and learn. Grow as a warrior.






First step towards growth. Ones that reach this rank would receive their first set of markings indicating their growth as hunter and individual. Those reached this rank showed promise and also dedication to kingdom. 

Upon reaching [High Sentinel], one would be granted the title of their own. Indicating their talent and view upon the world granted them by the king himself. usually ones that reach this rank will have to go through a official promotion ceremony. Alongside of this the shape of one's tattoo would be altered or simply new one can be added. To reach this rank. It would require upmost dedication to kingdom as whole while showing clear signs of growth as individuals.

There can be only designated three captain at the time. Each captain similar to Warden would be responsible for the well being of army and even act as active trainers for those in need.  Each captain would have their own designated squad goes by the name of their choice. While people are free to choose the squad of their own. This wouldn't change or create any sort isolation within the army. Since this squads simply represent organization and discipline.  While there is not much of a ranking system within these squads to begin with. Those that reached [High Sentinel] rank can act as [Semi-Captain.] Number of these semi-captains can't break the limit of two at a time and most would serve as the assistance of their higher ups at the same time.Similar to High sentinel upon reaching this rank. Not only one would receive additions to their markings but also their title receive minor changes.

Highest rank within the army and can only be held by one or two person at the same time. Responsible for the well being of the army alongside of their general combat training. While when it comes to important of strength it plays a high role yet to reach such ranks it would also require right amount of wisdom and trust.





- Among these offical ranks. There can be sub rankings directly given by the king. Indicating additional squads or circumstance orianted titles. Some of these can be referred something inbetween as [Semi-Captain] and [High Sentinel.] 

- While it is possible for even a child to register into the army. It is usually expected for them to stay as Guardian for a while until they are truly capable of defending themselves.

- Due to occult's ineffectiveness and unreliability within the field. It is considered banned and unneeded in the army. Instead holy as whole. Seems to be encouraged by the king.
