Slowly, appearing on notice boards across Meranthe, a message calling for medics of all kinds and (most) affiliations would be found.
"Medics of Meranthe, let us confer to find common treatments and ideas. Perhaps, during our meeting, new medical breakthroughs may
appear, be they ideas, prototypes or in-testing proofs of concept. Whatever may be, let us come together and work for
a safer, healthier tomorrow."
On the bottom of each notice, this would be written:
Host: Oliphr Ishiko
Location: Nightview
Date and time are to be determined on availability of medics, please write to me when you can set aside in your medical schedules to join this conference, from one medic to another, thank you.
(OOCly: you can DM me, frothier, on discord or send an ICly letter to give me a good time to plan for the event to occur. The idea is to have as many medics as possible so if that can be arranged, I would prefer to do that. Thanks!)
ICly, I will be posting notices on post boards once I have a definitive time since I cant update them when they go up and I'd rather not clutter post boards with two notices of the same gauge.

So a small problem with the letters I posted around Meranthe- I didnt double check my work and I got the GMT wrong (assumed the EST as I would PST, which is my time, and converted it accordingly). The EST is correct, but the GMT is incorrect (again, sorry for the mix-up, not used to dealing with EST)
The event will take place on:
Saturday, May 4th, 5-6PM Eastern Standard Time {EST}
(Saturday, May 4th, 10-11PM Greenwich Mean Time {GMT})

Agenda
"First, we can address any unique methods to performing general healing."
"Second, we address the same for specific situations- like mana corruption, depletion, alteration and such."
"Thirdly, we will address any innovations or advancements in progress."
"Then, afterwards, we can discuss concerns and questions"

(Image was taken early on, some came and left as the conference continued)
With the end of the medical conference, a substantial spike in medical knowledge would come from it.
For those with questions about other methods, new methods would find themselves stirring in their minds;
For those who may have had an idea, support and peer review was found;
For the few who were not medics, perhaps a new appreciation was found for the field of medical science.
With medics from Gloomlight, Arcadia, the Frontier, Ten's Citadel and Nightview, the collective group would learn of their peers' works
and their understandings of medicine. Truly, a wonderful time to engage in discussion and to be a medic.
With such medics as Juno, Svengalf Sandsker, Ksceniya C. Montelione, Loramelian, Regalus, Hina Lam, C.O.B.A.L.T., Grey, Begonia and others in attendance, various methods and procedures of differing viewpoints would be brought to light. Some review on procedures was conducted to learn reasoning behind certain methods, to increase the collective understanding of how things could be performed.
A few innovations were brought to light: a procedure that, when using proper materials and runes, could allow medics to heal more people at once; a device that could heal even the worst of permanent injuries- although at a significant cost to the clinician operating it; a theory about the effectiveness of blood transfusions in magi and non-magi; and, finally, a theory about a device that could allow magi and non-magi to lessen the effects of magic-infused wounds to magi and non-magi to lower casualty rates.
One thing was certain, all who attended had learned something new from the event and some medics joining under a banner:
The Medic Guild
