The lurking threats slowly  rising to prominence have gone not unnoticed by those of the west .
Discussions stirring among some of the figures within the west have gone on in the quiet, brief meetings, and from these, a solution emerged.
The necessity for a collective meeting between all within the west so that their minds could be set on track.
letters, sealed with Londo's very own maple leaf symbol, dispatched across the Western nations. The Institute, Serenity, and Arcadia, their respective leaders each receiving one of the missives.

"To those who receive this message,

  

I am certain that each of you has been dealing with your own set of challenges, just as we have.

We all face our individual struggles, and yet, some of these struggles stem from the very same sources. 

It is in this realization that I propose a meeting between us and our community, 

aiming to align our perspectives and objectives.

 

Such a thing will not only hold the promise of just only enhancing clarity between ourselves, 

but also enhancing things within our collective unity, nuturing any collaborative solutions to the burdens we as the leading figures of our nations - as the ones responsible for the lives of others. 

 

This discussion will directly address the issues that have been troubling us, 

those challenges that have weighed heavily upon our shoulders.

We are different,

 

The East conflict with each other while we do not, 

it is of the highest importance that we in the West refrain from such internal struggle. 

Our strength lies in our unity,

in standing together as one cohesive, united force, 

dedicated to the welfare of our people and the preservation of our shared values.

 

Let us meet, let us deliberate, and let us emerge with a stronger bond,

united in our ideas for the success and wellbeing of our people and the long standing continuation of our values."
