Although peace within the Western domains had begun to be preserved to a certain extent, the number of threats and general problems in the world was increasing so much. Spesificly with the recent developments, some things need to go through a change. Papers been send to each nation or group that known parts of Western Front. 

Final Frontier.

Despite there being so much to say, I'm not one of those people that engage in long dialogues or play roles in cold politics. However, if there's something I need to say... Now, more than ever, instead of acting as separate parts. We must prepare for real threats as a unified force.

 So, as the Western Front, it's time for everyone to gather together and progress. The time is now. 

With each distributed paper, the content itself become a lot more clearer. It was a call to training for military units within the Western Front countries and factions. While the content of the training remained mysterious, participants were required to register through a bit formal way of by filling out few forms and such. To determine a proper date for it.
