The First ██████ of Eos, Goddess of Retribution and Justice, The First ██████, False Goddess of ███████, and the Porcelain Lady- the titles of the Primordial Nousia  are many, and the tales of her origin are as plentiful; she is a being with a storied history, though most of it lost to time.

Hundreds of years ago, Nousia was said to be a demi-angel living within the lands of Esshar, and one of Eos’ most devout and one first Chosen;her wings, though small, came from both her back and from behind her head- pure and porcelain white, reminiscent of a dove. Whilst her goddess roamed the lands with eyes that could turn men to stone, unable to comprehend the nature of her mother’s blessing, Nousia’s heart ailed to remedy the likes of her goddess’ burden. 

At the end of a long trial to prove herself worthy of carrying a part of her burden and blessing of Aschea, Nousia would find herself cast down by her own patron- Eos claimed that she desired the blessing for the sake of power, and proclaimed her a snake; with a single gaze, she aimed to impart both her burden and blessing upon Nousia.. As a result, Nousia’s form was forever changed; her divinity stripped away, wings cast down to the earth and her form changed into a half-serpent, her shape is known to the lands of Gehenna as that of a Lamia; though her body would become encased in pure porcelain, alike the color of her wings. 

Nousia's ████ ███ ████████ ██ ██████ ████████, ███ ███, ██ ████ ████ ███ ████████ ███ ██ ████████ ████ ███ ████ ██████ ██████ ██████, ███ ██████ ███ ████ ███ █████, swearing both vengeance and retribution upon Eos in that very moment; the resultant moment allowed her to ascend into the remnants of a nascent Primordial, barely grasping onto the █████████ ██ ████████ ████ ███ ████ ██████. Even now, her body remains still as a statue, made of pure porcelain- despite her still form, she would leave the lands of Esshar, claiming to never grace it with her presence until ███ █████ ██████ ██ ████ ███ ███ ██████████.


Despite her statue-esque form, she would travel through the lands of Esshar- with a mask with merely two slits to hide her blinded eyes, for she had inherited the curse of Eos; with a single gaze, men would be turned into pure porcelain, beautiful and yet fragile… Through this, Nousia is said to ██ ███ ██████ ██ ███████


Wherever she roams, Nousia is rumored to slumber, remaining perfectly still in her statued form until roused; this is not through devotion or praise, but from someone █████ █████ ██████ ██ ████████ ██████ ████, ████ █████ ███████; and with it, ██████ will oft share a piece of her own burden; exchanging █████  ███ ██ █████ ████ ████████ ██ ███████ █████ ██████ ███ █████ █████ ██████ ████████. With every shared ██████, it is said that she is able to further ████ ███ █████ ███ ███████ ███ ██████████ ██████, █████ ██████████ ███ ████-████ █████████


… and when she regains her fractured pieces of ████████, the world will know the true meaning of her retribution.

• Nousia is said to be the First ██████, the first ██████ of Eos, and the Patron Goddess of Retribution. 
  
• Her reckoning is rumored to be heralded by a ballad of doves and a swarm of serpents.
  
• A contract cannot be willingly sought out with Nousia; instead, she will appear to someone who has been wronged within the world, reaching out to them to offer them not only the means of retribution- ███ ██ ████ ██ █ █████ ██ ███ ██████.
  
• If you find an albino snake or a porcelain dove with golden eyes on your journey, it can mean one of two things: The Porcelain Lady is reaching out to you, or retribution will come soon.
  
• There are tribes of Lamia that revere her as a patron, saying that their slumbering goddess cannot be stirred unless a crime most foul has been committed. 
  
• It is rumored that ██████ seeks the ████ ██ ███, wherever they may be; that she can take them for herself and ████ the remainder of her ██████, to attain her ███████ once more.
  

Much of her tale has been lost to time, but it's been rumored that her presence has been noted among the beings of Meranthe. Those who listen closely may learn more from the beckoning of Her Silent Call.
