What did the perpetrator look like? What sort of awful creature might they have been? Get as detailed as you need!
2. Name?
What is their name? Did they mention any others? It's always a good thing to keep in mind any specifics - titles also work!
3. Nature of specific activity or crime?
What did they do? Did they say why? Motivation is always important so we can find and pull out the root!
4. Any other details...
Associates, groups, or anything else you think is worth noting! If there's anything VERY strange about them, it's always good to note!
